Postpartum doula support

Sleep, snacks, and someone who’s done this before.

How I see it

Everyone’s focused on the baby. These weeks are also a time for someone to look after you.

DONA-trained postpartum doula • First Aid and CPR certified • Professionally insured

Support for you and your family

The weeks after birth are about more than a new baby. They're recovery, sleep, feeding, and figuring out life as a family. Postpartum support puts an experienced person in your home so you have room to rest and settle in.

What support can look like

  • Time to sleep and recover, especially with overnight shifts

  • Questions about baby sleep and settling in

  • Infant feeding support, however you plan to feed

  • Snacks, meals, and light household help

  • Space to talk through your birth and how you're doing

  • Helping family and friends know how best to help
